Welcome to The Sandtrap, the East side (A) of the duplex, where you step into your backyard beach full of sunshine and warm breezes. The Sandtrap was completely remodeled and features 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and 3 balconies for relaxing!
About The Sandtrap
The Sandtrap is on the East side of the duplex. The West side of the duplex is called Sweet Beach Home Alabama, a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property, which is also managed by Harris Vacations.
The Sandtrap is the perfect vacation home to make your beach dreams come true! Outside, guests will find 3 private decks, one facing north and two with gorgeous, unobstructed Gulf views. Enjoy the shaded first-floor deck or soak up the sun on the upper-level deck off of the master. There is also plenty of space below the home on the concrete parking pad for relaxing or enjoying a meal in the shade. Entering the home on the main floor, guests are greeted with comfortable new furniture in the living area, including a sofa sleeper, and a gorgeous, kitchen with a view! Along with the breathtaking views, guests will appreciate the spacious floor plan, the updated counters, cabinets, appliances, tile backsplash, and a drink station with a beverage cooler.
On the first floor, guests will find a hall bathroom with a custom vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 1 is at the end of the hall with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and access to the private north-facing balcony. Upstairs features 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious master has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, private bathroom, and a private sun deck. The master bath features a custom vanity and a deep soaking tub that includes a rain shower head. The third bedroom sleeps 3 guests in a twin over full bunk bed and a TV, the guests in this bedroom will enjoy the hall bathroom with a custom vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

We loved the location. You can't beat the beach/ocean as your backyard. The house was very clean and we appreciated all the little touches throughout that made it homey and convenient. Short walk to a general store, restaurant and ice cream shop and short drive to all of what Gulf Shores has to offer! We had great communication and they even let us know of some of the recommended restaurants and attractions. The check out process was so easy. They didn't ask much of us upon leaving. We would recommend Gulf Shores as your next beach vacay destination and this house "The Sandtrap" as your family's home away from home!
Great beach house, loved the 3 full bathrooms. Only a 30 second walk to the beach. Surrounded by other small properties so there were no large crowds. Beautiful views from both levels of the deck. Short walk to General store and ice cream shop. Great neighborhood to walk our dog. Loved the giant picnic table and all the lounge chairs below the decks. Only 8 min drive to shops and restaurants. Beautiful kitchen and living room too!

We loved our house (The Sand Trap) and Harris Vacations was very responsive whenever we needed anything or had a question. I highly recommend them and particularly, a stay on the shore at The Sand Trap.
Beautiful Home! Our first snowbird experience and it was perfect. The bedding was dreamy, everything well stocked, you could see the sun all day from rise to set from the large porch overlooking the beach. Management was prompt and took care of us respectfully. House was spacious yet cozy! We are already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you for everything!!
We skimboarded on the beach, watched the sun rise and set. We also did a dolphin tour and celebrated New Years Eve at a local mall called The Wharf. We spent a lot of time by the water and it was a great trip!
