Mandatory Evacuation Now in Effect
Governor Kay Ivey has issued a mandatory evacuation order for all non-residents, tourists, and visitors in Baldwin County south of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, including Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, and surrounding impacted areas.
All Harris Vacations guests currently staying in affected properties must vacate immediately. Guests may not return until the mandatory evacuation order has been officially lifted.
Our team is actively contacting affected guests and coordinating departures as quickly and safely as possible.
Guest Refunds & Trip Insurance
We understand that this mandatory evacuation has unexpectedly disrupted travel plans.
Harris Vacations will work with affected guests to process refunds for unused nights impacted by the mandatory evacuation order. For guests who purchased trip insurance, we will also provide the necessary documentation to help you file a claim.
We will address refunds and insurance documentation once the storm has passed and our immediate evacuation and safety efforts are complete.
We appreciate your patience as our team prioritizes guest and employee safety.
