Welcome to Serendipity at Kiva Dunes Golf and Beach Resort! Serendipity is a stylish and modern 5 bedroom/5 bathroom/2 half bathroom beach house where you can relax and make amazing memories with friends and family. This home offers breathtaking Gulf views, a private saltwater pool, and is a short stroll to the east beach boardwalk.

Enjoy the Kiva Experience
In addition to being named one of the Top Golf Courses in Alabama, the Kiva community features the area's largest privately-owned beach, three swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant, The Kiva Grill. A seasonal shuttle provides guests easy access to the beach from the pool.

About Serendipity

Serendipity has three spacious levels of living space. The first floor is perfect for kids and teens with one bedroom that can sleep up to 4, including two queen beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first floor features a living area, a gaming area with a Foosball table, a half bathroom, and access to the patio and pool deck. Outside, guests will appreciate the outdoor table, chairs, loungers, and a fire pit. The private saltwater pool can be heated during the cooler months and cooled during the warmest months for an additional fee.

On the second floor, you will find the open-concept main living space which includes a large modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything the chef needs to prepare delicious meals. The large living and dining areas offer plenty of space for all your friends and family to sit, relax, and enjoy some time together, as well as access to decks on the front and back of the house. A convenient half bathroom and laundry room complete with a laundry sink can also be found on this level. The second floor also offers a large bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, private balcony, and a full bathroom.

The third floor includes 3 more bedrooms, a reading nook, and another living area. The living area features a TV, balcony access with Gulf views, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge. There is also a table, perfect for playing games, cards, and puzzles. The three third-floor bedrooms are all equipped with full private bathrooms and televisions. Bedroom 3 sleeps 4 guests in 2 queen-sized beds and bedrooms 4 and 5 feature king-size beds and private balconies.

* Parking for 2 cars in the garage, additional cars in the driveway

* Pool heating or cooling are available for an additional fee.

* HOA Restrictions do not allow trailers to be parked at the property. In addition, Golf Carts are NOT permitted in the Kiva Dunes neighborhood.

About Ft Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

"This place was absolutely great and super family friendly. Very remote and private vibes once in the beach. If you don’t mind driving 20 minutes for restaurants on the mainland, then it’s the best!! Plus there’s a golf course for the fanatic. WiFi kept going down for us but there communication was prompt and they did everything they could to get it back and running. So even if there is a problem, they’re quick to fix and communicate it with you. 10/10 would recommend. Will be booking with them again.

"We all enjoyed this large comfortable house. It has so many living areas(the best porches) that you can have a moment of quiet even with a large group. The pool is nice and I suggest having it heated for the fall months. The beach entrance is very nearby and walkable. There were beach chairs and pool toys available to use. As always, Harris properties was very responsive to any of our needs and questions.

"Such a beautiful home! We were all so impressed by the home and all the amenities. When we had an issue with a drain, they came right out to fix it. When we had questions about pool lights and what we thought was supposed to be a hot tub, they came right away. We were disappointed that it wasn’t a hot tub but our family had a great time in the pool regardless. Thank you for letting us enjoy this home away from home. It was a much needed vacation. I’ll also love to know the brand of mattresses. We actually slept better there than at home:)

"Serendipity was a great home for our family’s vacation! We loved having all the en-suite baths for each room. They also were well stocked with dishes and pans. Our only complaint was that compared to other vacation homes they were a bit sparse on their supplies i.e. hand and body soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags.

"Nicely appointed house with lots of seating and gathering options. The views from the third level were our favorite. The hot tub was not working, but they notified us in advance of this and negotiated with us on heating the pool. So that was very nice. Just steps to the boardwalk to the beach. The area was fun and relaxing.

"Our family came together at Kiva Dunes to celebrate a 50th Birthday. The home is incredibly spacious and offers everything needed for larger groups of people. The location is great with quick access to the beach, two golf courses within a 15 minute drive and good options for eating out.
